The 2019 South-South Human Rights Forum opens in Beijing on Tuesday. Under the theme—“diversity of civilizations and global development of human rights,” the forum is hosted by the State Council Information Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Germain MBEGA EBANG said that since the foundation of Sino-Gabonese cooperation, China has occupied an important place that we call a "win-win partnership". China, to point this out, has long expressed to the Gabonese government its desire to create a development path that would enable the Gabonese people to heal themselves, educate themselves, eat and take charge of their lives.
Living in a world without discrimination, without great suffering and without violation of the fundamental rights inherent in human beings is the goal, better the wish of all peoples. China has taken the measure of this and its involvement in the cause of human rights in the world and in Gabon in particular reflects its commitment to the values of respect, freedom and dignity of every human being.
