Abstract: On the basis of ethical attributes and human nature, the system of "kinship concealment" in Chinese legal culture and the system of kinship denial in western legal culture have a meeting point of dialogue and communication.  The concurrence between Chinese and Western rights of concealment indicates that the opposition between universalism and particularism should be abandoned in the view of human rights, and human rights consensus in multi-culture should be realized through dialogue based on common human nature.
