July 11, 2023 -- On the morning of July 10, Jiang Jianguo, member of the standing committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), vice-director of the Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs of the CPPCC and executive vice-president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS), met with Gao Sibo, director-general of Taiwan’s Chinese Association for Human Rights in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on cross-Strait academic exchange and cooperation in the field of human rights.

Tang Xianwen, secretary-general of the CSHRS, also attended the meeting.
