1. The essence and the reality of the human rights and its role in the contemporary world:
 
- The essence of the human rights: the historical view (aspect), the low-juridical aspect, international, class -aspect, the human rights in socialism and in capitalism.
 
- The human rights as an instrument of the competition and struggle between capitalism and socialism:
 
- in capitalism--the rights and freedoms for the individual citizens,
 
- in socialism also, but together with economical, social, cultural, educational, the real equality not only formal-low;
 
2. The human rights in the contemporary international world:
 
-The question of the war and peace in capitalism, the main principle of capitalist formation: the exploitation of the working peoples and the colonial and post-colonial peoples;
 
- The imperialistic wars in XX. century: W.W I (1914-1918) and W.W II (1939-1945).
 
- The political and economical results of the wars. The struggle for the domination between the imperialistic superpowers: Germany, England, France, Russia, USA, Japan;
 
- After W.W. II the bipolar world: USA and Soviet Union; The main international contradictions: the struggle capitalism under USA imperialism hegemony and socialism under leadership of the USSR;
 
- The struggle of the oppressed colonial and neocolonial peoples in the history and in the contemporary world; the unemployment and other social oppressions in capitalism;
 
- Where were and are the human rights in the time of many imperialistic wars?
 
- Conclusion: Capitalism and Imperialism as a main cause of the contemporary class and world contradictions and the break of the basic human rights;
 
- The class essence of the capitalist relations and the social-economical inequality and the exploitation of the peoples in capitalism; the social exploitation, the unemployment, the structural and stable social and economic inequality as a base for the human rights in capitalism;
 
- The wars and armory in the capitalism, the role of arms in USA-Pentagon - 2022 the expenditure for armory – 780 bil.US-dol., all NATO-states-expenditure: 1.3 tril. US-dol., and the expenditure rose with every year.
 
- The aggression of USA and NATO against former socialist states in east Europe and against Soviet Union, 1999 – Poland, Czech-Republic, Hungary and in next year’s others states.
 
- The aggression against former. Soviet Union : Baltic states, Georgien (Gruzya), Central Asia – Tajikistan,
 
3. The question of the human rights and of the wars in socialism:
 
- The socialism system and state don’t accept the aggression wars, but accept the defense wars. - The theory and praxis of socialism state to strive for the negation of the war as a way of dissolution of the international contradictions, only peace and negotiations as a way to dissolution of the international contradictions.
 
- The example of international policy of People’s Republic of China.
 
- The short characteristic of the political and socio- economic system of contemporary People’s Republic of China;
 
- The economic results in the time of socialist market economy- the old and new industrial centers,
 
- The liquidation of the poverty: 800 Mln, more then 400 Mlln Peoples in the middle income;
 
- The great level of optimism;
 
- The model of the harmony society in China, the role of the Confucius-theory in policy of CPC;
 
- The inequality in contemporary China, the new class and social contradictions and the perspective of their dissolution.
 
- The role of the next XX. All -China Congress of the CPC – Nov. 2022 and the prospect of next years to 2035 and to the 2049/50;
