"Consciousness" and "Common" —— Consciousness and Shared Future with the Eastern and Western Philosophy under Principles of International Law

Abstract: The idea of building a community with a shared future for human beings is a public product with Chinese characteristics offering by the Chinese government. It contains public international law theory which was established in order to overcome global challenges the international community suffering in the new era. From the international law perspective, the idea is not only coherent with the existing international law principles but also proposed to develop and enrich the content of those principles by concluding five detailed targets under the community with a shared future for human beings.
It will also facilitate an advanced change of the international order towards the realization of common interests of all human beings.
