Abstract:Human rights reflect human beings' pursuit of freedom, equality and fraternity, as well as their yearning for a happy life. Human rights are universal, and everyone enjoys and deserves human rights just because they are human beings. The basic principles and contents of human rights are universally applicable to everyone and all countries. Human rights also have their particularities. The current concept of human rights is the result of cultural exchanges and joint efforts of all countries. Human rights are specific, historical and developmental. There are various ways to realize human rights, and the principle of universality of human rights must be combined with the reality ofvvarious countries in the process of realization. The recognition of human rights as the unity of universality and particularity is the revelation of the objective law of human rights development.Upholding the unity between the universality and the particularity of human rights and integrating the principle of universality with the reality of various countries will surely promote the cause of human rights in all countries and the progress of human civilization.
 
Since the founding of new China nearly 70 years ago, China has adhered to the principle of the universality of human rights in line with China's actual conditions, constantly promoted economic and social development and improved people's well-being, promote social equity and justice, to strengthen the rule of law guarantee of human rights, Strive to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of economic, social and cultural rights and civil and political rights, the people's rights to subsistence and to development have been significantly improved, and embarked on a human rights development path suited to China's national conditions.
