Abstract：To understand and to question the notion of right, must today imperatively be done in a philosophical way. The philosophical approach allows us to use the tools of the systemic approach grasp the questions of yesterday, today and the future. Together, we must now propose reflexive lines taking into account the cultural differences between Western and Chinese thought. In mutual understanding, we will then lay the foundations for a common future. What I am defending here is the need to consider the rights of the future from the collective point of view, because a too individualized society will no longer be able to know unity.
