The Ideological Jihad of Liberalism: Human Rights as a Means to Achieving the Universal and Homogeneous State Gábor Megadja Abstract：The aim of the study is to show how Western liberalism is increasingly becoming an ideological rule by moral imperialism, thereby showing totalitarian traits. One of its most important components is human rights ideology which is effectively used as a means to rule. The main goal is to take the ideology of human rights out of regular political discussions and debates, thereby giving it a ‘meta-political’ status. After reckoning with previous colonizations abroad, mainstream European liberalism turned inward to lecture Eastern-European nations on the only way of democracy.
