June 16, 2017 -- The China Society for Human Rights Studies and Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations held the International Seminar on Human Rights and Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. The head of the Chinese Mission to UN at Geneva Ma Zhaoxu on Wednesday said countries should work together to build a community of shared future for mankind to promote the international human rights cause.
Nearly 100 people attended the seminar including representatives of over 20 governments, scholars from both the China Society for Human Rights Studies and international institutes, representatives of non-government organizations, as well as journalists. Senior diplomats from Pakistan, Greece, Venezuela made speeches at the seminar.
