About 200 people including members and advisors of the CSHRS attended the conference.
Report on the work of the third national council of the CSHRS and the revised Constitution of the CSHRS were adopted.
Qiangba Puncog, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress, was elected as chairman of the CSHRS. The conference also elected new leadership of the CSHRS and its and national council on Friday.
