June 9, 2014 -- On June 5, the president of China Society for Human Rights Studies Luo Haocai met with the chairman of the National Human Rights Coordinating Committee of Lao People's Democratic Republic PonsavaBufa in Beijing.

Luo Haocai extended a warm welcome to the delegation of human rights of Lao People's Democratic Republic, and expressed his condolence to the deaths of several senior Lao officials in a plane crash. President Luo briefed the purpose,constitution and function of China Society for Human Rights Studies, as well as the theoretical research, education and training, international exchanges and cooperation on human rights.
