Abstract：Qualified ecological environment is the most fundamental well-being of the people’s livelihood，but also an important public good. China’s Environmental supervision system is a major institutional arrangement between the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection，which plays an important role in promoting environmental protection. In 2018，China launched a series of special actions on environmental issues such as air pollution，water pollution and solid waste pollution，and achieved remarkable results through administrative interviews，rectification within a time limit and strict accountability.
