Abstract：Property Fraud infringes the property right directly，interferes with financial safety and social credibility and influences the social stability seriously. In the year of 2018，different government departments and financial institutions，enterprises join together to form property fraud governance pattern to defeat illegal and criminal activities of personal information，the critical source of property fraud. It also effectively reduces the incidence of property fraud crimes and increases the detection rate of property fraud crime. In front of increasing per capital loss year by year，upgrade of fraud means and centralized and decentralized coexistence of property fraud，we should strengthen propaganda education to promote property safety consciousness，highlight key points of governance with law protection and form coordinated supervision-governance with system and technology.
