The Supreme People’s Court released notice of the Supreme People’s Court’s trail of civil disputes cases on violating personal interests by internet information, which will take effect on October 10th. The new released notice combined with notice of suitable laws issues on trail of civil disputes cases caused by internet information communication and explanation of suitable laws issues on dealing with criminal cases, forming judging regulatory system of internet law issue, which will play a significant role in formulating internet behaviors and building better internet rules.

National social poverty alleviation videophone conference was held in Beijing. Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) made important statement on poverty alleviation and development work. He stressed that setting Oct.17 as the national poverty alleviation day and praising the advanced group and personnel on the first one played a significant role in deploying social poverty alleviation, passing Chinese traditional virtues of aiding the poor, following socialist core values, pledging all social strengths to face the poverty war and continuing to fight against poverty.

The fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing.  The meeting heard a work report of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee addressed by president Xi and adopted a decision from the CPC Central Committee on "major issues concerning comprehensively advancing rule of law".  President Xi made an explanation to the meeting. The meeting stressed that the general target is to form a system serving "the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics" and build a country under "the socialist rule of law" which means under the leadership of CPC, upholding socialism with Chinese characteristics, implementing socialist law theory with Chinese characteristics, forming integrate law system, efficient law implementation system, close law monitoring system, feasible law protection system, forming well law system inside CPC, unswervingly promoting country governance, administration, using power by rule of law jointly, insisting the integrate construction of law country, government and society, realizing scientific legislation, strict enforcement , fair judgment, and national law abiding, facilitating the modernization of national governance system and capacity.
